InfraGrid 3D — third-party notices
==================================

This file records licence elections and acknowledgements for third-party
software shipped with or used by InfraGrid 3D. It is the English source of
truth for those notices. The same text is published at /NOTICE.txt and
/notices.

The Product itself is proprietary (see LICENSE). These notices do not
relicense the Product.


1. Dual-licence elections
-------------------------

JSZip (https://github.com/Stuk/jszip)
  Licensed under MIT OR GPL-3.0-or-later.
  InfraGrid 3D elects the MIT licence for JSZip.

DOMPurify (https://github.com/cure53/DOMPurify)
  Licensed under MPL-2.0 OR Apache-2.0.
  InfraGrid 3D elects the Apache License 2.0 for DOMPurify.


2. Mozilla Public License 2.0 (file-level copyleft)
---------------------------------------------------

web-ifc 0.0.77 (https://github.com/ThatOpen/engine_web-ifc)
  Used for IFC parse in the browser. MPL-2.0 applies to the web-ifc files
  themselves. Those files have not been modified. Corresponding source is
  the published npm package and the upstream repository. Do not relicense
  web-ifc as part of the Product.


3. GNU Lesser General Public License (separate library / process)
-----------------------------------------------------------------

7z-wasm (https://github.com/use-strict/7z-wasm)
  Used only to extract GSI / open-data archives. The 7zz WASM/JS files are
  GNU LGPL plus the unRAR restriction (Igor Pavlov / Alexander Roshal).
  The library is loaded dynamically and is not statically linked into a
  single proprietary binary. Corresponding source is the published npm
  package and upstream 7-Zip / 7z-wasm sources.

  unRAR restriction: the decompression engine must not be used to
  re-create the proprietary RAR compression algorithm or to develop a
  RAR/WinRAR-compatible archiver.

IfcOpenShell (https://ifcopenshell.org/)
  LGPL-3.0-or-later. Runs only as a separately distributed Docker / HTTP
  service for IFC export. It is not compiled into the browser application.
  Corresponding source is the upstream IfcOpenShell project and the
  published container image.

pyswmm / EPA SWMM
  Used only inside that same separate Docker service for drainage
  simulation. EPA SWMM is a US EPA public-domain engine; pyswmm remains
  outside the browser bundle. Corresponding source is upstream pyswmm
  and EPA SWMM.


4. Permissive CAD parsers used by the Product
---------------------------------------------

The live CAD import and DXF export paths use permissively licensed
parsers and writers, including:

8. How to obtain corresponding source
-------------------------------------

For MPL and LGPL components listed above, corresponding source is the
unmodified upstream project at the URLs given, and the versions pinned
in package.json / package-lock.json (Help: help/package-lock.json; and
the IfcOpenShell container tag for the export service).
